Grand Gaia, rebuilt from the client's own protocol

The official servers closed in April 2022 and left a working client with nothing to talk to. This world answers it on its own terms rather than on invented ones.

Brave Frontier's global servers closed in April 2022. The client survived and so did its data, but a client with nothing to answer it is a title screen.

This world is not the game reimplemented from the outside. It is a server rebuilt from the client's own protocol: the message formats, the command table and the encryption were recovered from the retail build, and the server answers on those terms. That is why the thing that connects is the retail client, redirected, and not a rewrite of it.

The data is the game's own. 147 master tables describe every unit, mission, skill and drop the global game shipped with, and 76,005 content files carry its art, audio and text. None of it is generated and none of it is approximated.

Version 2.19.6.0 is where this starts, which is the global build as it stood at the end, Omni evolution included.

This is a preservation project and it is not commercial. Brave Frontier is a trademark of gumi Inc., the game and its artwork belong to Alim Co., Ltd. and gumi Inc., and this server is not affiliated with or endorsed by either.

A notice that changes a published rate or an odds table is reflected on the server sheet as well, so the two can never disagree.
